change doctrine/dbal version from '>=2.3' to '2.3.*'
the change is required to make the tests run again. Doctrine has
made some changes which seems to introduce a bc break

This allows the use of [custom mapping types][1] when using the Doctrine
DBAL or Doctrine ORM.
