New page documenting all supported lifecycle features:
- Expiration (Days, Date), NoncurrentVersionExpiration,
ExpiredObjectDeleteMarker, AbortIncompleteMultipartUpload

- Two-tier architecture (TTL fast path + worker scan)

- Versioning integration notes
Update S3 API table from "Partial" to "Yes" for lifecycle endpoints.
Add S3 Lifecycle link to sidebar under AWS S3 API section.

Update docs: Remove allowEmptyFolder references
...
The allowEmptyFolder CLI option has been removed from SeaweedFS.
Empty folder cleanup is now handled automatically by the EmptyFolderCleaner
which runs asynchronously in the background.
