Chris Lu 6cb74c912b Worker: document job type categories (all, default, heavy) 
Update the Worker wiki page to reflect the new category-based job type
selection. Workers can now use -jobType=all (default), -jobType=default,
or -jobType=heavy instead of listing explicit job types. Explicit names
and aliases remain supported and can be mixed with categories.

Also updates the options table and examples to match the current CLI.
