Jacob Trimble	47daf49f31	Use arrow functions for callbacks. ... This is an automated change to convert use of "function" functions to arrow functions. Joey Parrish	defc851283	Remove unnecessary functional utilities ... The isEqualFunc and isNotEqualFunc methods in shaka.util.Functional are no longer needed. This removes the last two calls to isNotEqualFunc. There were no calls to isEqualFunc. Both utility methods can now be dropped.
