This change fixes tests on Chromecast by loading tests later in the process. Test scripts are now dynamically inserted by boot.js, rather than loaded by Karma. The bootstrapping code then awaits the completion of that before starting the Karma frameworks (Jasmine) to run the tests.
This also removes the use of goog.provide/goog.require in tests and test utils. We don't need to load test utils or library sources dynamically in each test, and this gives us more explicit control over script loading and ordering.
Closes#4094
This corrects/normalizes license headers in misc. files, such as
config files, docs, build tools, tests, and externs. This does not
affect the compiled output, and is only done for consistency.
Issue #2638

This reflects changes in Google's policy on JavaScript license
headers, which should be smaller to avoid increasing the size of the
binary unnecessarily.
This also updates the company name from "Google, Inc" to "Google LLC".

- Reduce times for "short delays".
- Remove backoff delay from networking tests.
- Avoid hard-coding delays in the library.
- Move Storage tests to integration tests since they use indexedDB (and
take over 200ms each to run).
This reduces the time it takes to run unit tests (with --quick) from
50 seconds to about 6 seconds. Now all but one unit test finish <100ms.

This is a fully automated change. The linter will fail because the
extra indentation caused line-length errors. These won't be fixed
automatically. They are fixed in a follow-up to make this one fully
automated.

This reorders the rules so they mostly are ordered the same as the
eslint documentation. The exception is the few at the top, most of
which should be removed. This also removes some rules that appear in
the recommended or the Google set. Lastly this adds some more rules:
- Require parenthesis when using "new".
- Disallow confusing regex (e.g. /=/).
- Disallow some confusing coercions (e.g. +foo).
- Disallow some Unicode characters in a regex.
- Disallow using "async" in a Promise constructor.

This is an automated change to convert use of "function" functions
to arrow functions. This doesn't change all uses of bind() that
could be converted. This also doesn't remove all "function" functions.

A coming update to the Google eslint config will require using "const"
over "let". This makes that one change to isolate the big changes.

- Only traverse children once.
- Avoid traversing into SegmentTimeline, which is usually large and
won't contain xlinks.

Went through all the functions in FakeNetworkingEngine used to
register responses and made them all follow the same language.

This is an automated fix to be inline with Google style guides, this
was created with eslint's --fix option.

Google style guide requires adding curly braces to all block statements
even if it is only has one line. This fixes it by using eslint's
--fix flag followed by running clang-format to reformat the change.

This is part of a change to convert all usages of 'var' with either
'let' or 'const'. This takes a conservative approach for 'const' where
it will only be used for aliases and storing the "original" values in
tests.

This adds OperationManager to HLS and DASH parsers to allow them to
abort and clean up network operations when stopped. We now re-enable
the player integration tests that were written to prove the previous
polling-based cancelation model.
Issue #829
Change-Id: Id09df6e3f2f40eef614d9e597d35f43a50e1673e
This is part of adding a new conformance rule to add additional type
safety. This will disallow using properties of unknown types or using
unknown properties.
The first parts will be fixing errors caused by the new rule. These
are backwards compatible, so can be applied before the rule is enabled.
Once all the errors and bugs are fixed, the rule will be enabled.

At the moment, when there is an xlink problem, the manifest parser
returns a rejected promise. This adds a configuration variable to
instead simply not replace the xml tag.

Before, if a relative xlink contained another relative xlink,
the nested xlink link would resolve its URI based on the filename
of the parent link, rather than its final URI.

This adds a utility to mpd_utils.js that filters a manifest and
automatically downloads and substitutes in the contents of any xlink
link.
This only supports xlink:actuate="onLoad"; "onRequest" would require
significant changes to our manifest processing pipeline.
It also adds a new field to INVALID_XML errors to indicate which
xml was invalid, to make the error more informative when called on
xml loaded by xlink links.
Also added a demo asset.
This is just a simple modification of heliocentrism to break it into
multiple files.

Both DASH and HLS parsers will be using resolveUris() and possibly
other methods in the future.
Create a ManifestParserUtil for the shared methods.
