This bug seems to have been triggered because the app build adds and subtracts things from the file set, but their paths didn't match because of inconsistency in path separators. This fixes build errors on Windows. Closes #1759 Change-Id: I598634dbff2bfe9853873477cd720fa14fd2ef82
