Joey Parrish 1f1c05fbc1 Upgrade promise-mock ...

The new release has a new parameter in runAll() which simplifies
flush().

At this point, we could technically do away with our flush() method
and call runAll(false) directly, but I find flush() more clearly
indicates to the reader what we are doing.
