Joey Parrish 3adde6a28d Recreate test spies beforeEach instead of beforeAll ...

This fixes test flake in DrmEngine tests that was discovered during an
upgrade of node dependencies.  Rather than create spies beforeAll and
try to remember to exhaustively reset them beforeEach, just recreate
them beforeEach.
